The Feedback Reporting systems is a system that helps organizations in handling and analyzing feedbacks and complaints from customers. This system can be integrated with Customer Intelligence Reporting System by retrieving the negative comments from the CSI form. The complaints will come from many other sources such as emails, letters, forms, phone calls, newspapers and more. Organization can monitor current status of complaint whether its open, pending, close, on process or follow up.
